Honest and Easy!
I refinanced my house. At first, as I was shopping I went with another company that wanted upfront non refundable fees to begin the process. But then I gave Chris a call as she helped with my purchase a year ago. The entire process was easy and pain free. It also did not require questionable fees like the other company wanted. I should have called Chris first! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to either a refinance or a new home.

Made the process so easy!
I can't say thank you enough for making my mortgage process as easy as possible. I have done this twice before, and I can say that wasn't the case with my other lenders. I also appreciate the patience shown as I had to change from one property to another; I thought this would cause significant delays with the loan, but not at all!

This process had it's up's and down, there was to much paper work involved, requesting documents that I did not have on hand that I had to do some research for. Mrs. Gonzalez had the patience to assist in every step in the way along with my realtor. She was very informative on why certain documents were needed, always kept me posted if there was any delays, and always received a fast response either by email or phone. I would highly recommend her she does go above and beyond to help you get your dream home.
