Royal's Tip: If there is another home in the Greenville / Anderson SC area I would strongly recomend that you do not use Adama and Associates. The appraisial for our home had to been revised several times. He came to the house twice, and the appraisial was still filled out incorrectly which cause delay in the closing which was no fault of FBC.

As a new participant in purchasing a new home I was fortunate enough to be partnered with FBC Mortgage. The entire process of as made incredibly easy and the support around all of the questions was outstanding. The continued feedback, regular email check ins that provided videos on process and mortgage step education all contributed to an outstanding experience. I highly HIGHLY recommend FBC. Brandon and his team (Ron specifically) were absolutely fantastic. Low stress, high support and jumped right on any changes or questions that came up along the way.
MICHAEL's Tip: Ensure you are organized and take some notes around what is needed to support the requirements of obtaining a mortgage. FBC was outstanding at reminders and providing notes on then next steps, but keeping your own tabs on what you need to do outside of the reminders will help the process move along smoothly.

Gordon was always proactive about reaching out for any upcoming deadlines/milestones, and was always available whenever I had any questions. As a first time home buyer, this was extremely important as I had plenty of questions! FBC was not the first lender I reached out to for a quote, but they were the last because of Gordon doing everything he could to get me the best rate and always over communicating.
