We were pre-approved with another lender, but the appraisal that was performed was a joke. The appraiser has an issue with the builder in the past. The builder put us in touch with Lee and his team. Lee made the process quick and was about as efficient as you could be. We were able to close on the home in two weeks! We cant say enough about how well the process was handled on your part. Sam and his team helped us work through what we thought was going to be a breeze but turned in to a nightmare. If it wasn’t for them I don’t know where we would be! We had days left before closing on a house that we had had a contract on for months. When problems showed up in an inspection and we had to walk away, we had only days left to find another home before we had to be out of our current home that had also sold months before. We found a home but to be able to close quickly to meet the timeline was for sure going to be a challenge. But Sam Davis and his team came through in a way that surprised everyone. So fast and responsive. And totally compassionate to us in our emotional whirlwind of changes. They are great people which is why their company is so great. Truly one of a kind.
