I started out with another lender and changed to FBC-Chera because the other lender would not work with my student loan debt. Chera was able to find a program for me that helps with people that have student loan debt. She was very knowledgable and was determined to make it work for me. She works hard for you! Victoria's Tip: Meet with a loan officer earlier than you planned on looking for a home. We thought 4 months before we needed to move seemed too early but in the end getting pre-qualified as soon as you want to start looking is so helpful.
