Above Expectations!!
For someone who doesn't have the best credit I was worried I wouldn't be able to REFI and payoff my first and second mortgage to not only consolidate but to also get a MUCH better interest rate. Eric and his team (shoutout to Debbie) were there to listen to my goals and were there to help me to achieve them! They are all knowledgable and so helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you guys, you have helped our family reach a goal we didn't think was possible!!
Summer's Tip: Make sure you have documentation for Everything... although it can seem overwhelming producing so much paperwork, it is just the nature of the type of loan. All I can say is try to be patient and know even when you feel like you are going crazy- it will work out in the end, just produce what they need :-)

Feedback on the Loan Processing Experience
Jonathan Marcoline (NMLS ID# 145433) who was the loan officer of my loan, was very unprofessional. He needs training on the loan origination process and ability to handle customers. I got my final loan approval from FBC on Friday (6/8/18) at 4 pm when my closing was scheduled on Monday (6/11/18). I understand the minimum period is 3 business day of final approval prior to the closing date. Overall very bad experience.
Sue Ellen's Tip: Maronda refers to FBC for loan, to leverage some of their incentives. Hence, FBC holds customers at ransom with their interest rates on the loan and awful customer experience !!
