Kristin knows just what to do when you don’t!
What a roller coaster this round – and hopefully our last round – of home buying has been! We had to back out of one contract and then when we bought again, it was a new build that gave us incentive to not use financing already secured thru Kristin and FBC. I can’t say enough how horrible that was. But I can say it was so bad, they ended up allowing us to use the lender of our choice and still receive the incentive. Thank goodness Kristin is all heart and money-smarts and was happy to have us back. What a difference the right broker makes. When it comes to lenders, people tend to think it doesn’t really matter because rates will be the same across the board. Guess what – not always true. We were lucky to have Kristin’s incredible knowledge and experience to help us make informed decisions, I never realized how much of an impact the agent and lender have on your final numbers. Thank you Kristin and FBC!
