Amazing!!
Brooke and her team worked around the clock to ensure a happy closing. We stepped into the process with our hearts set on a house other lenders couldn't make possible and Brooke went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream property. Contacted her while she was on vacation and four days later we were already under contract! Every bump in the road she worked through, trying to make it as stress free as could be for us! First House-Amazing Job Christine
Thank you so much Christine. Without you I could not have been able to do this. I had the opportunity to get a VA loan and Christine walked me through the whole process fast, easy, and politely. I was worried from day one I would not get this loan, but Christine is polite, professional, and got me my first home without me having any knowledge previously of the home buying process. If you do go too FBC Mortgage which I do recommend you do ask for Christine Forest because she will get you a loan for your house, she will do it fast, and most of she will do it while staying In contact with you while being polite to you. Jeni Pritcher was my lender. I started the mortgage process last year and successfully closed on my first house yesterday. The entire process was super easy until the last week. There was an issue verifying something with one of my employers, but Jeni always came up with new ideas on how to push the process forward. Her hard work and guidance made my experience the best it could be.

Sherry is Awesome!!
We started a house build process with maronda back in July 2023 & Sherry was one of the loan officers at the time. She was amazing!! Very thorough, kind, informative, and made the process very stress free! Unfortunately she was moved to FBC and we were not able to complete our home purchase process with her! However I was not happy with our new loan officer & I reached out to Sherry about some concerns & she was very helpful & still to this day I’m able to reach out to her & ask questions or express concerns & she has been so nice to respond & reassure us or answer questions we have!! We totally wish we were heading to closing with her next week! Sherry is highly recommended in our book for anyone looking for a loan officer!!
