Thank you so much Christine. Without you I could not have been able to do this. I had the opportunity to get a VA loan and Christine walked me through the whole process fast, easy, and politely. I was worried from day one I would not get this loan, but Christine is polite, professional, and got me my first home without me having any knowledge previously of the home buying process. If you do go too FBC Mortgage which I do recommend you do ask for Christine Forest because she will get you a loan for your house, she will do it fast, and most of she will do it while staying In contact with you while being polite to you. Underwhelmed
With our new construction build we were required to use one of their lenders. I was very disappointed in the care that was given to us during the last 6 months of our build. Any time I had a question or didn’t completely understand the process I would be met with repeatedly the same response like it was a script or at the very least a defensive agent. I would call with a question and then be returned with a problem that needed to be solved to move forward. It was like every event was almost too late. They weren’t calling me to resolve issues I was stumbling across issue when I would call to talk about something. Even up to the closing I was getting new forms(72 forms to be exact) to be signed that should have been done well before. It’s just unfortunate that it was such a negative experience. If I had to build a house again and a builder required me to use this lender I would have to find another builder that’s how dissatisfied I am.

Our realtor suggested that I contact FBC Mortgage to get pre-approved for a home loan. It took a long time to find the home we wanted, and FBC Mortgage came through with pre-qualification letters for at least five (5) homes we made offers on. The Heath Team promptly provided any information we needed and kept a close eye on the closing paperwork to make sure that all the T's were crossed and the I's were dotted. They caught a few things that needed to be corrected before the closing. We are very grateful to have them as our lender!

As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions about the lending process. FBC was great in that they were very up front about everything; so much so that during closing, my closer even commented on how transparent that they were about everything as she was explaining all of the forms to me. Karen from Team Heath was wonderful. Throughout the entire process, Karen was readily available and always willing to answer my MANY questions and explain things thoroughly. They matched the interest rate and you can't beat the prompt communication skills. Every step of the way they have gone above and beyond explaining to me all the details for the nervous first time homebuyer. Christine was always available for questions and breaking down every number and even at the end fixed an issue with the title company for me while I was at work.
