With mortgage rates up, buying a new home was very stressful. My Loan Officer, Michelle Gonzalez-Avila made the process much less terrifying! She spent a lot of time going over different options of how to get it done. She always responded to my inquiries quickly, thoroughly explaining the answers. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a mortgage.

Sherry helped us so much through the stressful process of buying a home. We only used this lender because we bought a new build home and in order to receive the builder incentives , worst mistake EVER! This is our 3rd home purchase so we are not new to this game. We had already been preapproved by our previous lender and again ONLY went with FBC for the so called incentives. The morning of settlement was an absolute nightmare!!! Things by FBC were NOT done and they put all the pressure on US and threatened to not close because the person under Mike Bedell , one of his scrubs, Ryan Denove lied about paperwork ! As soon as we can refinance we are. DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE BROKER !!!
