It took attempting to close on three houses but we got it done! Brooke (our lender) and Raven (assistant) were amazing. From last minute phone calls to emails to texts- they were there and worked so hard. So thankful for crossing paths with these ladies!
Darrell's Tip: Turn your paperwork in on time! The quicker you get your lender the requested information the better. If you don’t understand how something works, ask! Lastly, be kind. Understand the parameters that your lender is working in. The time restraints can be frustrating for them as well and they work relentlessly FOR YOU.

Ms. Brooke is the epitome of what a loan officer is/should be!!! I was a very challenging case but this pretty madam and her crew bent backwards for me and helped me and my family acquire the home of my dreams (first time home buyer). Ms Brooke went above and beyond in explaining every step of the way and finding all sorts of ways I’d keep money in my wallet and she did! She also went as far as doing things she needn’t have done but she stepped out of her just to ensure her customers are happy and not treated as numbers. This was probably my 8th or 9th time to either buy a home or refinance. It was by far the easiest and quickest I have ever completed.
