Extraordinary Effort, Successful Completion
We started our mortgage process with another lender that pulled out late in the process because of a problem with the boat dock at the condo. Since we were well into the contract period, we urgently needed fast action to secure a loan before we lost the home. We contacted FBC Mortgage, explained our dilemma, and they took it from there. Our loan officer, Quita, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and capable. When we explained the issue with our first loan, she determined that the problem was with the mortgage guarantor and assured us that FBC Mortgage would not have the same problem. Quita was on top of the process from start to finish and she kept us informed throughout. The entire FBC Mortgage team, especially our loan officer and loan processor, ensured the process moved along without delay. Not only was the loan completed with very favorable terms but ahead of schedule allowing us to close a day early. We are very thankful that we chose FBC Mortgage for our lender.
