Met the Koller Team Feb 2022. Beginning 2023, spotted a place we likedand contacted Steve Koller about reopening a loan application submitted in 2022. He immediately went to work on it and within the week we were fully informed in all aspects of rates and loan requirements. Loan closed over a six week period which was the time span we requested. the team kept us informed at every step of the process and closed on the designated time and day 10 March 2022.

Another great experience from FBC
We went through FBC about 6 years ago for our first home. Since the process went so well we wanted to use FBC again for the second time around. Kyle Straub did an amazing job throughout the entire process. If it was 8am or 8pm…Kyle was there to answer any and all of our questions. The level of patience and professionalism we received from him was comforting to say the least. We had only ever spoken on the phone for about a month. It was great to finally meet Kyle in person when he showed up to the closing. We had zero issues and everything went so smooth, I think anyone purchasing a home should be able to get the same experience we did.

This is the 4th house I’ve purchased in Florida within the last 5 years and I’ve used FBC for each loan. I’ve used my VA benefits. had an FHA and now a conventional loan through this great company. Jeni is ALWAYS quick to respond no matter the day or hour. She’s friendly and helpful even when I was pulling my hair out! Documents are always on time and are accurate which is so important. I’ve always closed in a timely manner with FBC and honestly have had zero problems. What a gem in a tough industry, I honestly give FBC my highest recommendation! I will use them exclusively on all of my home purchases!

Kristin will do all she can to make sure you get the house you want, she will research programs that may help assist you with the purchase of your home and ideally again get the house that you want. She will notify you of forms that need to be filled out promptly to continue with the process. When it comes to communication, I believe it can be improved on. I found a lot of my information through my real estate agent. However none the less she will give you the house you want and try to decrease your interest rate.
