I met Josh through a builder, he was introduced to get me pre-qualified for a new build. Josh responds very timely - if not, right away. He has been so respectful and understanding since I first started this home buying journey. I asked him A LOT of "stupid" questions and not once did he make me feel "stupid". (I didn't have a realtor and was doing this on my own so I really didn't know what I was doing) He helped me every step of the way, "Above and beyond" doesn't even begin to explain how much effort he put into helping me. My friends recommended that I "shop around". I did, and you know what - none of the other loan officers compared to the service and timely responses

From start to finish the loan process was seamless. Also, the process was very timely from beginning to close! My loan officer, Michael Bedell was very tentative and quick to respond to me during the process and kept me updated throughout. I would recommend FBC Mortgage to my family and friends.
Michael's Tip: The only thing I would say to future clients is to go over the pre-disclosure's as best as you can. Even though I was presented with the pre-disclosure, I missed a cost on my loan that I wasn't expecting. For example, on my mortgage insurance, I saw what my monthly cost would be for the mortgage insurance, but I missed the up front lump sum that I had to pay for the mortgage insurance. I just believe those important items should be verbally discussed with the clients instead of just sending the disclosure and leaving it up to the customer to understand. Those forms are a little overwhelming to people not in the loan processing business and important items can easily be missed.

Jesus's Tip: It gets a little confusing receiving all the docs email from so many different people so many people calling and sending emails you don’t know who’s who. So it gets a little hectic and confusing
