I had a terrible time, with my loan. I got approved, but I was in limbo all the time. I was never updated on my closing cost until I called the title company. I call Mr Gray multiple times no answer, then I would get a text from him. Also I told him on the only day I was able to close on, and he ignored me and I was notified again from the title company I was closing on a day I was stuck at work. I felt like he made no sense when he was talking every time we would communicate.

Due to the home building taking 2 years I really got to know people. And while I started off with Victor who left Barrett jumped right in to finalize the mission. It was great I was very comfortable dealing with Barrett he was polite and besides very knowledgeable about my situation he was extremely helpful.
