I had a terrible time, with my loan. I got approved, but I was in limbo all the time. I was never updated on my closing cost until I called the title company. I call Mr Gray multiple times no answer, then I would get a text from him. Also I told him on the only day I was able to close on, and he ignored me and I was notified again from the title company I was closing on a day I was stuck at work. I felt like he made no sense when he was talking every time we would communicate.

Edna is the loan officer you want to work with, especially if you have a complicated file like mine. She worked very hard on my file, day, night and late night. She was very responsive even during the holidays. I was glad to have her as my loan office. I definitely recommend her. She has a great team and leader who supports her. Everything was well executed and comunicated. Thank you Edna for your help in making it possible to close on dec 29, when everything and everyone was working limited hours or was closed. You did it. You're an example of never give up and do what you could to make things happen.
