READ documents carefully prior to signing
For the most part our closing was fine, I did like having the opportunity to review docs online and sign those that were appropriate for online signature. I found two errors, one multiplying the taxes in error (increasing the monthly payment) and a waiver of taxes upon request being escrowed. I contacted the LO and this was corrected and resent, but it emphasizes the need to carefully read/review all docs prior to closing!! The LO was very responsive, if he couldn't answer a call, he called me back very quickly.

Second Refinance in 2 years!
As interest rates drop I want to pay less and less monthly on my mortgage. However, I do understand that some people may be discouraged from doing it due to the amount of work it takes to refinance a mortgage. I want to assure you that Marcos can do it as fast and painless as possible. He's a Five Star Professional and I highly recommend you to work with him. And should the interest rates keep dropping I will refinance again!
