Who Knew Getting A Mortgage Didn't Have To Suck?
Ok, so yes - actually having a mortgage sucks, as does shelling out more money than you've ever had saved up at any point in your life, same with making the monthly payments for the next 30 years; but this review is about the process of actually getting a mortgage and for those not fortunate enough to be in a cash buying position, I can't recommend Kelly Taylor and FBC Mortgage enough. Kelly is a seasoned pro capable of taking some very complex subject matter and breaking it down so someone with even a passing knowledge of finance (which I hope you have if you're far enough into the process to be considering lenders) can understand. She's also transparent, responsive and was quick to hop on the phone whenever I had questions, which was often. I always felt like Kelly had my best interests in mind and ultimately, Kelly, Team Taylor and FBC were able to deliver a closing and provide me with a fixed rate and monthly payment that were (close enough to) what I wanted. I'm grateful for Kelly making a seemingly arduous and daunting process about as straight forward and painless as it could have been and recommend her without hesitation.
