FBC responded very quickly at the beginning of my loan process as I had a very tight time schedule. They communicated at each point in the process and explained everything in detail. Highest Customer Service Levels, EVER
Ryan was immediate to respond at every step, phone, text, email, after hours. He was on top of every detail. We had a glitch, not his fault, and we worked thru it together. I am very detailed, and he exhibited the patience to answer all of my questions, and even go back over same info as requested without any attitude. Even more of a testament is that towards the end, he had the audacity to go on his honeymoon (sarcasm), but in his absence, his team and coworkers upheld the same standards he did. Ryan even reached out a couple of times while on his honeymoon. I have already referred a client of mine to Ryan, and will refer anyone to him.
