FBC overall got the job done and I did close on time which was great. There was a couple of hiccups at the closing table that could've been corrected prior to sitting at the closing table. I understand the market has been crazy, and there has been so many clients FBC is working with, so overall I am happy with the service and my mortgage closed on time.
