Outstanding Customer Service
Danielle, made our VA Refinance happen quickly and smoothly. She explained everything in great detail that the average person could understand and didn't talk over our heads. We were notified regularly of the status of the refinance loan, our first payments, and which mortgage company we would be making payments to on a monthly basis. If we had any questions, she would text or email us within a matter of minutes. I wish that more companies had personnel like Danielle.

This is our second time dealing with FBC. This time it was about refinancing. They made the process so much easier. Refinancing is first of all overwhelming with all the documents preparation etc..
