Paul and Doyle were my loan men,but I delt with Paul most of the time. I explained to Paul I was not computer Literate and I didn’t have a computer and everything had to be done by IPhone.Paul didn’t have a problem with it.He walked me through everything and when it couldn’t be done by phone,We did it in person.Between Paul and Karen my agent. Margaret, Janice and Jonathan were great throughout my loan process. They all communicated clearly with the documents they need from me. I felt the process was very smooth, and I have been through this process several times. Margaret called me when the interest rate was at its lowest, I am great full to lock in my house at 2.85%, by far the best rate.
Danny's Tip: Be ready to close when they call you. Get all your documents in line, so the process can keep flowing as there will always been bumps in the road.
