this is my second loan through Jeff at FBC. I have already recommended Jeff to several of my friends in case they are looking for someone. Jeff, Alison and the whole team treated me like a member of the family. They walked me through every step and provided me with guidance I needed to purchase another town home. My first loan was a 15 year fixed and second was a 30 yr fixed.

I found Ana Maria at FBC Mortgage, LLC doing an online search for fast and good mortgage companies for a refinancing. I was not sure who to work with for mortgage lending during Covid 19 but Let me tell you... FBC Mortgage and Ana Maria Tcherassi Stevens were excellent!! From starting the application, to answering phone calls, emails, following up, providing clear instructions, requesting proper documents and updating me on the loan status and next steps, Ana and her Team at FBC were professional, resourceful, efficient and extremely timely with the entire refinance process. Ana does not hesitate to answer any questions or concerns at anytime and is always friendly and patient. She will Not waste your time. She has extensive experience in her field and she will be able to assist you in reaching your mortgage needs. Her Team is also very responsive, diligent, helpful and work together to get you through each step until Closing. Overall FBC did a good job processing our home loan and answering our questions. We uploaded documents to their site. I don’t think the loan person checked the site before sending my wife and I e-mails stating they needed documents sent to them or uploaded to the site. This wasn’t a big inconvenience but did get frustrating.
Thomas's Tip: Upload any and all documents to the link/site FBC setups up for them. Easy to use and quick.
