Sam Is The Man
I started the loan process back in September 2019 with Sam Komar for Adams Homes, while during that process i backed out of Adams Homes due to the poor quality of craftsmanship they put into their homes. I found another builder and started the whole thing over again and Sam was more than helpful and there anytime i need to ask a question no matter how late i texted him. I have already given out Sam's information to a couple of my friends who are looking to start the process!. Sam is the Man you want working on your loan!!

I did a refi of my home loan with FBC and the process was very smooth. Stephanie did a great job of guiding me through this process and answered all of my questions immediately and thoroughly. Peter's Tip: have your documentation handy or easily accessible, e.g. pay stubs, previous years taxes, etc... also be sure to have a print, copy, scan printer at your house! this made signing and returning docs very simple.

Great experience for the second time
This is the second time we have worked with Dabney and his team--once to purchase or house and once to refinance. When we decided to try to refinance as interest rested dropped, we didn't hesitate to contact Dabney again!
