My wife and I had tried to get a home for months through another lender. Their process was complicated, their communication lacked, and when Covid hit my wife and I were bumped out of our ability to get a home. That is when we found FBC. The team at FBC were kind, knowledgable, and super easy to work with. My wife and I were informed every step of the way. There were even times when they worked extra hours just to ensure that the home we fell in love with became ours. In less than a month, we found a home, closed on the home, and moved in to the home. The process was so smooth that it allowed us to sleep soundly at night knowing that we were in good hands. I cannot speak enough good about this company, Jeni, and the rest of the team.
