His team would email me daily with updates and very clear instructions on what documents i needed to provide and to make sure i fill out correctly. Absolutely in awe of the wonderful wonderful Charlotte team at FBC Mortgage. At first we were a little concerned as our account was referred to FBC Mortgage with only about a month left to closing, however from day 1 Mike and his team were absolutely amazing with communication, information, and timeliness. Mike and his team kept us in the loop every step of the way, their system was high tech, very user friendly and easy to use. They also sent us personalized videos every step of the way throughly explaining the mortgage process to us. As first time homebuyers they made this process extremely comfortable and really worked with us (as we were not the perfect traditional homebuyers either). The FBC Mortgage team was so efficient that we were processed early and ready to close with time to spare!
