Everyone I spoke with from FBC mortgage had a great attitude and always answered any questions I had. They helped us achieve loan approval as fast as was possible. There were a few hiccups at times, but overall things went generally smooth, especially with help from our lender team.
Erica's Tip: Be prepared for the unexpected. Save as much money as you can, and do not buy anything big with credit. Before making any big purchases or making changes to your bank account, checking with your lender is a great idea.

Decent experience.
Everything worked out well in the end, but there were four different people to contact regarding various parts of the loan. Also, there was a very strange situation with the appraisal where the builder was paying for it, but only at closing which means we had to fork out the money upfront. It worked out in the end, but there was nothing in the paperwork regarding this situation so it was very strange to deal with.
