Everything was great up until my closing date. My closing time was noon and I didn’t leave until 6:30pm because my paperwork was not ready. Needless to say, I was highly frustrated and upset.

Overall, everything worked out, so I am satisfied with the end result. The personnel with whom we worked were courteous and friendly. It just seemed to us that the process seemed somewhat scattered. There were a couple time when contacts and follow through were missed until I made the contact again. There were also several times when I was asked to resubmit paperwork that I'd already submitted. The traveling notary had to make two visits to our home because several papers were missed on the first run; I don't know whose responsibility that was, but it seemed strange. Even the suggested closing day passed with no contact for several days until I inquired.
