Great People, Lame Website
The FBC people were great. They deserve a five star rating. The web site you must use to review and sign documents is incredibly lame. I’m a pretty sophisticated computer user. I started out in the days of vacuum tubes and I was using the Internet when it was still DARPANet. The user interface is quite user-hostile. Thank god for the video they sent out explaining how to use it! Even when I finally got it Working, it was still infuriating to use because I could access only one document per login. When I finished signing a document the site would go to a blank page and freeze. The only fix was to force-quit the browser (Safari, the best in the business), relaunch, and log in again. After three or four cycles this gets really old! I knocked one star off the rating because of this.

I shopped around for a lender and have no regrets for going with FBC. I closed in less than a month and received outstanding service working with Norman, Connie and Alice. They answered any questions I had within a few hours and kept me informed on my loan status. The videos from FBC explaining what to expect are outstanding.
