Good help in closing during Pandemic
We started loan application process after signing our contract and FBC guided us in finding the the right loan for us. We initially signed up for the jumbo loan, but this was no longer offered around our closing time and presented a challenged. However, Jeni and her team guided us in finding the right loan for us during these challenging time and were able to successfully close on the house. The process did require lots of documents and verification multiple times over last several months, but we are glad it worked out at the end.
Parth's Tip: Presenting clear documents with estimates would be helpful instead of giving ballpark numbers would be helpful. The process required verification of documents too many times over several months, so would be good to cut down on frequency of this.

Easy & Fast process
I was hesitant at for going through the refinance process because I thought it would be long and drawn out and require many documents. However, I decided to call FBC anyway and was put in contact with Stephanie. Stephanie is AMAZING! So made everything so simple and easy. She told me exactly what I needed and answered all my questions.she was always available for a text, call or speedy response to an email. She explained everything and updated me every step of the way. She even managed the interaction with the title company and ensuring mobile notary was taking safety precautions due to covid19. Even after the closing she was available to me to answer more questions. I have friends who say they are having a hard time with their mortgage company and trying to refinance, so I am so glad to have FBC who completed my refinance in less than a month! Thank you so much :)
