Nancy's Tip: I just recommend that the clients file be reviewed before reaching back out to the client to ask for documents to be resent multiple times when they were delivered by hand directly to the loan processor by the client. Documents that contained ss#'s, salary information, etc.

Very Easy Process and Quick Turn Time
The process took no longer than 30 days; if not sooner. The loan officer reached out every couple days. Once underwriting reviewed, He or the processor reached out for final items. It only went to UW twice. communication was excellent.
