We just wanted to say that this is our second experience with Mr. Bocci and have found his team to be the most organized group of people weve ever worked with on mortgages. Weve bought and sold a number of homes in the past, and the process can be stressful, but with Mr. Bocci's team, it was really stress-free.

Great Experience Refinancing
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I reached out to Matt when I was looking to refinance. He was very patient with me and luck was on my side because he was able to get me a great rate 2.5% for a 15yr refi at the beginning of March. Everything went smoothly and actually quicker than I expected. I am type of person who needed a lot of hand holding during process and every step of the way was outlined and followed up with an email video of what to expect next. I definitely recommend Matt and FBC with such great service and getting such a great rate. I have not heard of anyone that has beat that quote. No points paid and closing costs rolled into the loan. I brought about 1200 to the table at closing. So much easier than the last 3 mortgages that I took out with Wells Fargo.
Jennifer's Tip: If you have all your financial data and documents at your fingertips then it is a very easy process.
