Jodi's Tip: Request Todd Primmer he is ultimately who got involved and made this process doable. I had another lender lined up had Todd not offered to be the middle person for my loan.

I had a very quick closing after contracting on property. FBC communicated almost daily to advise me of the progress being made on processing the loan. Application and supportive documents were nicely executed via DocuSign. The mini videos on each stage of the process were informative and encouraging. Loan Officer Norman Bocci was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a customer-friendly demeanor. He followed up with thoughtful well wishes even after closing.
