A Difficult Qualification Made Easy
As a retiree, my income source is mostly dividends yand interest from my stock portfolio. I thought that would be no problem. I was very wrong. The first lender I tried didn’t understand that type of income and, on the day before closing, denied the mortgage. Then,this company took over, with Matthew as the loan officer. What a difference. There was no problem understanding my income and Matthew kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. I had to leave the house I was living in in 2 weeks of the other non-closing and Matthew got it done with 2 days to spare!
