I received competitive rates from multiple companies, but I decided to go with FBC for multiple reasons. #1. I have used them in the past and everything went smoothly as planned. #2. They were very responsive to my questions and helped answer everything in a timely manner. #3. They had more flexibility than the other companies 4. They were local which I prefer to support Even with the uncertainty with Covid-19 we were able to close early without any issues or concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to for a mortgage company or to refi.
