Me and my husband started with another bank and the loan fell through, Kristen and her team picked up right away using their knowledge and expertise and helped us to get closed in time while providing amazing service, empathy and understanding with our situation! Overall was a great experience when we were already discouraged from the previous lender.

Overall the process was pretty standard. What I didn’t like was feeling like I was being passed around without having a true person of contact and the lack of communication amongst the team. For the most part everyone was nice and willing to help. But when you’re making such a large purchase you expect a little more care to be taken. For example, I wouldn’t send the developer to ask the client if I could complete a satisfaction survey before ensuring everything was completed and all their needs were met. I suggest 1 person to interact with so the client isn’t overwhelmed and things aren’t overlooked.
Jasmine's Tip: Keep detailed records of everything that needs to happen and who you spoke with and when. Make sure all your needs are met at closing.

This was the most amazing experience with purchasing a home. The complexities that this process can have was made 1000% better with Gordon. His customer service was spectacular, he has immense knowledge of every aspect that comes with the lending process and he answered every single question to help put my mind at ease. No question was a dumb question!! He and his team was on top of everything and they kept me abreast of every change, every milestone and what was to come.
