BEST EVER LOAN OFFICER
My husband I purchased our first home this year and Brooke Breaux was our lender. She was kind and friendly and walked us through every step of the loan process. She never made us feel stupid and always had time to answer all of our questions/concerns. And when challenges arose, she was on top of it every step of the way. I was very impressed by her tenacity and unwillingness to accept no for an answer. She really went to bat for us and we were so grateful to have her on our team!

Barbara Dini was amazing. I contacted a number of lenders and each of them either took their time processing my initial paperwork or did not return my calls until days sometimes even over a week later. That was not the case with Barb she had approved with in 24 hours and then held my had and walked me through the entire process. As a first time home buyer their was a lot I did not know about buying a house. Questions to ask things to expect, and over all cost. Barb knew all of this and helped me feel as comfortable as possible. She answered my calls and emails on nights and weekends and never left me hanging. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity to work with her and would recommend anyone and everyone to reach out to her.

Joshua's Tip: Use the mortgage estimators before going to meet your lender so you have a good idea of how much house you can afford. Don’t overestimate your dream house, but don’t underestimate it either!
