A detailed process made easy
We began our home loan process just before the Coronavirus quarantine and finished about a month into our area's quarantine lockdown. This changed how most of the closing process happened. We never met Cory, and spoke to him primarily through email. When we signed the final documents, we signed them in our car. However, it was because of Cory and our local title company that made the process easy and fun. Cory answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. He made us feel that he cared about us and our concerns. On our closing day, the title company did the same. It was the best home loan experience we have ever had.
MICHAEL's Tip: Ask questions. They have no problem answering and explaining anything you're concerned about.
