To be honest, we only chose to go with FBC because we had heard they worked well with Jagoe and that’s who we were building with. But from the very first conversation with Kyle, I knew we picked the best Lender we could have. He answered so many questions and explained things really well! I really liked the emails updating on every step of the process and what to expect with the process. I really liked how prompt in replies Kyle, Kevin and Heidi all were. Even after hours for Kevin! The most stressful part of the whole home buying process was USDA and the wait for the final approval - I feel like Kevin handled my stress, overthinking, anxiety over it all very well! lol He made sure to keep me in the loop and hopeful in the final days before closing.
Brandy's Tip: Check your email daily, don’t be afraid to ask questions even if you think they’re stupid and if you are going through USDA be prepared for the delay you may receive for final approval
