Efficient and Seamless Mortgage Performance
We realized that the process would be much different than prior to the 2007-10 mortgage crisis, but were still very surprised at how much things had been tightened up! Fortunately we had Daniella Serrano of FBC to walk and guide us through all the documentation requirements, continuously supporting and encouraging us as we endeavored to secure and provide all the necessary financial information that was required by the "dreaded" underwriter! At every step, Daniella kept us well informed of progress being made and that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Her super positive attitude throughout the whole procedure certainly made what could have been a tedious and stressful time a lot more tolerable and we can't speak highly enough of Daniella. If our experience is indicative at all of the service FBC and their people provide their customers on a regular basis, I would highly recommend them to those looking to arrange a mortgage (and be sure to ask for Daniella!)

Matt Andre was fantastic in helping me refinance my home loan with FBC. I almost backed out because initially the numbers were not totally ideal for my household. Matt took the time to find out what was most important to us and then created several scenarios to help us decide the best course of action for our family. It took many emails and phone calls but I am extremely appreciative of the communication, attention and patience he and his team showed me. They were all very straightforward, transparent and informative. I now know more about refinancing than I ever have and this was my third time doing one! Gary contacted me after I submitted a request on bankrate.com. Gary explained everything in the process very well, and answered any questions I had along the way. He replied/called me right after I asked a question - something unheard of in my past real estate financial transactions. Their system of submitting docs works great and saves a lot of time compared to older systems with endless faxing and so forth. Gary's rate was the best on bankrate. If you are new at the homebuying or refi process, you will appreciate how much he explains everything. If you have been down this road before, you won't believe how great the system is, how quick and easy the process is.
