Ryan's Tip: Have your important documents and info ready to go. The more you can provide to the loan team up front, the faster your process will be. We had an electronic file ready to go with PDFs of our tax returns, bank statements, paystubs, etc and were able to hand them everything they needed to work on our file right away.
