Closed on my home on May 24, 2019 and I am so glad I was able to work with FBC. From David to Cathy, was such an easy process. They both were professional and really helpful. Other mortgage companies turned me away but FBC was the company for me. The only thing I would suggest is updating the loan statue on the web. This was not a deal breaker because David and Cathy always responded within minutes or an hour. But because FBC had the "Loan Progress" on their website I expected it to be updated. Nevertheless, I recommend this company and would do business in the future. Thank you FBC!!!
