Brent has been our Lender for the past 10 years. He has exceptional knowledge and we have trusted in him to assist us in our house buying and refinancing. He is always available to us and gives us the best advice in this business. To us, he will continue to be our mortgage lender. Every person I have referred to him, he has helped and guided them the right way into the home buying process. My last purchase, he was ready to close escrow and we hadn't even opened escrow yet! He is very timely and always reads the fine print to ensure we understand everything. I couldn't be more grateful to have a Lender like Brent, Especially one that is always making sure your taking the right steps for the biggest and most important purchase of your life.

We were cursed with incompetent vendors outside of our party, and throughout it all Bambi (and Heidi) were there to help for both our sale and purchase. I had questions on the documents from our buyers, Bambi checked them out and put it in layman's terms for my simple mind to comprehend. Every step is laid out and updated along the way. Not only is the FBC process great, but when you work with a COMPETENT team that executes consistently it is truly satisfying when you see the other party's team floundering.

Straight forward and on the ball
I felt they were transparent regarding their fees. Most of the application process was automated online which made it very easy to complete all of the steps involved. They were always very quick to respond to any questions and easy to get a hold off.

They were accommodating at first then I toward the end near closing I techies out to make sure everything was on track. 3day before closing a get a phone call stating we might not be able to close on time if I don’t get a document sign that day. My work schedule doesn’t allow for immediate signatures alway. This was expressed in the begin and I feel like the customer service is just lacking in that area.

So fast and easy
We were going to refi a couple years ago with a different agency, after several months of going back and forth, we pulled out. It was so frustrating. Reluctantly, we decided to try again with a different online company. Let me tell you, it was so worth it. This time, the entire process was pain free and quick. Plus the rates were competitive and the fees minimal. The entire process was short and our refi was closed within 3 weeks. Our loan officer was a pleasure to work with as was his assistant, the appraiser, escrow agent and loan closer. I highly recommend Anthony and this company.

Decent Transaction
All in all it was a decent transaction. We were able to close on time. However, our concern is that our phone calls/emails weren't returned in a timely manner. For a huge purchase such as this, we really needed answers right away and didnt want to wait a week to get a call back.
Scott's Tip: Make sure you talk to everyone on the team. Get other peoples phone numbers because that was truly a life saver.
