The entire process was efficient and painless. The team is on top of everything. They explain everything that you need explanation on and they keep you informed and updated every step of the process. They are always available for questions and if they are not available they will get back to you in minutes rather than days. They have very competitve rates and have many different options for your loan.

Same Loan Scam
I initially didn't want to write this review as I felt like I was just in the wrong place in the wrong time. After seeing other reviews and seeing they were being scammed with the same technique I felt I had to say something. When we first looked at a house and long before it was built they "estimated" very competitive rate. Then low and behold 1 month before closing "poof" there is fraudulent activity on our credit despite no one else reporting it or marking it. Suddenly our rate increased by ~$600 with a significant portion in PMI and the mortgage itself. They couldn't respond to our emails promptly and explain why this had happened. Suddenly we were being slow rolled into closing with a "too bad you're getting stuck with this rate". Unfortunately we had to walk away and failed to close on our home. But wait there's more, like any good used car salesman as we are walking away from the deal "we can lower the price by $400"....then why were you trying to ***** me over in the first place and offer me such an inflated rate? I was very disappointed to find out that this has apparently happened to other individuals working with this company. Please do yourself a favor and find another lender.

Due to the nature of your loan and the construction progress, we are required run credit reports throughout the builder progress. When we began your loan process, we ran your credit, and again, months later when construction was completed. The change in scores affected your interest rates and PMI. Since those rates are not locked, the rate can and will change over a period of time. We found a solution to improve your credit but you opted not to pay down your increased debt..
