Scott made decisions for us, they ended up being the correct decisions in the end. However, we would have wanted more clmmunication and incite on what our options are. It seemed like we had to ask the questions if we wanted more information. Overall, It was manageable but nonetheless unnecessary.

This was my first home buying experience, and I am so happy I chose FBC as my lender. Both my loan officer and processor were very patient and walked me through with very little hiccups.
