Jay is a personable guy and easy to work with. We had a little hangup during closing but thankfully everything worked out fine. Our deposit couldn't work with the costs to close so we were out a few thousand for a few days until it got refunded to us. In the end I'm happy with Jay and FBC and the closing process. We got a large seller credit by using FBC.
