I want to start by thanking Ana Maria for a smooth loan process. I own multiple homes and no two loan process experience are the same. Out of all the loan transactions that i have been involved in, this was the smoothest. I attributed that to Ana Maria's aptitude, professionalism, and confidence. I am typing this review while sipping a pumpkin spice latte, acquired using the gift card Wes and Chris from FBC Mortgage sent my husband and I after we closed on our new home. Truly delicious customer service! Our positive experience, however, reaches far beyond kind notes and ground beans. The method in which Wes facilitated our loan instilled confidence and a sense of calm not typically associated with home buying. All the anxiety we carried about our financial status and qualification ability were quickly quelled by the FBC team...replacing our nerves with clarity (and the aforementioned confidence). We absolutely recommend Wes, Chris, and the team at FBC to anyone looking for a mortgage loan firm, home-buying-therapists (ha!), or a fresh cup of coffee to celebrate a new home.
