I wanted to refianace my VA loan for months, but could not find anyone to give me the time of day beyond the first contact After that it was crickets. Edna fiananced a previous home loan for us and reached out to see if I was interested in a re-fi. When I told her everyone seemed to be too busy, she said "I'm never too busy to take care of clients". I had different proposals in my email for both conventional and VA loans. We discussed the terms and I selected the one I thought was best for me and it was done. She and her team sent me what info I needed to provide and Edna told me that it would be about a week before we heard any more as the load was in process. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, questions were answered promptly and I was compeletely comfortable with it all. Worst Experience
There was a lack of communication within the office between the Edna and Cheryl. They were asking us to send them documents that we already sent to one of them multiple times. Also, there was no secure portal given to upload the docs, I was asked to email them copies of it. At the end, they told us to just follow the wire instruction given in the beginning for the initial wiring.
