Home Sweet Home
Disappointed by number of individuals working on the mortgage. This made it very confusing when responding with requested information and when questions arose. Lack of proactive approach regarding rate lock or final closing documents. Had to request for both to be processed. End result is that we are in our new home. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
