I had a great experience with FBC Mortgage. I am a first time home buyer and took full advantage of the program for first time home buyers going on during the time I chose to buy. My loan officer Barbara was great. She made sure I fully understood every aspect of the loan I was being approved for. Without much prior knowledge (being as it's my first home) she held my hand through the process which is all I wanted. Before I knew it, it was time to close. No speed bumps made the process easy and painless.

We just closed on our dream home with Kristin's help. It has been years since we applied for a mortgage and we forgot a lot of the steps along the way. Kristin was patient with our questions and assisted quickly when issues came up with figures. We were extremely impressed with her response time. When I was responding to her email in the evening after work, she was still logged in and I would have a response back the same evening. She even checked in while she was on vacation.
