I recently relocated to NC from NY. I received Maria's information on a referral. Maria was fantastic through our whole experience. She worked with me months before I was ready to even move to crunch numbers and give advice about credit issues so that I could be prepared for the market in this area and know what I could afford. During the process Maria was readily available for every question and concern I had. She always made sure to respond right away so that I never had to wait for an answer. We ended up being able to close earlier than expected and we received wonderful follow up as well so we know what to expect going forward with our mortgage and payments.
