Vilma's Tip: The Title Company does not communicate very well. They don't do follow up calls. Basically, you have to do your own in order to finalize your closing. It's hard to get someone to answer the phone.

The Greatest
When I started the process of looking for a home for my family, I was unsure of how the process was gonna go. There’s a lot of factors to consider. The greatest decision that I ever made along with my daughter. Was learning about RMC mortgage. But not just the mortgage company the person that allowed me to truly trust and understand what it was to obtain a mortgage. I can only say that the greatest and what was provided was truly that were the greatest. Courteous, professional, but above all patient. Sherry Dinovo was absolutely by far. The most encouraging took step-by-step to explain every aspect and make the process so easy. Without meeting her and speaking to her, I truly believe I would’ve never obtained this home for I have no patience. And she definitely showed the way. The highest standard is definitely Sherry Dinovo. I think you my family thank you. God bless.

Excellent Leadership
We used the RMC website during the entire loan process, which started in October, 2022 and carried through until closing on May 25, 2023. We went through several evolutions of document production, including one a mere 4 days before closing. The VA had a seemingly insatiable appetite for documents. Matthew and Jordan shepherded us through all stages of the loan process. Without their assistance and patience I fear that the train would have left the rails. We also found the use of the RMC website to track our progress and collect our documents was a great help. We thank one and all for the extraordinary effort and leadership they showed.
John's Tip: Gather every document you can think of and sort them into folders. When the lender or VA asked for a statement from a certain account I'd automatically add ongoing statements in the appropriate folders so they were available for the inevitable update.
